SR001 - Dealing with Pressure and Stress in the Workplace

These questions are designed to help your student practice talking about real-world stress situations at their job and become more fluent in discussing professional challenges.

A2 Level (Elementary)

These questions focus on simpler vocabulary and familiar topics. The student should be able to understand and answer the questions based on their daily work.

Scenario: Think about a moment when you had a lot of tasks and felt pressure. What happened?

2.      What do you do when you feel stressed at work?
Scenario: When you are busy or worried about work, what helps you relax?

4.      How do you organize your work when you have many things to do?
Scenario: When you have a lot of tasks, how do you plan your day?

Scenario: What are the difficult parts of your job that can make you feel worried or stressed?

6.      How do you feel when you work on multiple client projects at the same time?
Scenario: When you have more than one client asking for work, how does that make you feel?

These questions introduce more abstract ideas but are still relatable. The student is encouraged to reflect more deeply on how they manage stress.
